Kristin Bergtora Sandvik is a Senior Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) and Director of the Norwegian Centre for Humanitarian Studies (NCHS). Email [email protected] . Her work focus on the role of soft law norms in regulating emergent military technologies and humanitarian action. Sandvik has also published extensively on forced displacement and legal mobilization in Uganda and Colombia.
