Peter Edmund Langford

I received my PhD in psychology from Liverpool University in 1972. Since then I have taught in the psychology departments at Birkbeck College, University of London and University of Tasmania and in education at La Trobe University, Melbourne. I have published 11 books and over sixty papers, mostly in the area of cognitive development, and am currently writing another book in the same field. I have progressed from being a deviant Piagetian to being a deviant Vygotskyan.
