Rory McDowall Clark
Rory McDowall Clark is an independent researcher and author. For almost two decades she was Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Early Childhood at University of Worcester, UK. She trained as a nursery and primary teacher but has taught across the full range of school provision as well posts in community development and youth work and in consultancy roles for local authorities. Her doctoral research concerned non-positional leadership amongst early years graduates.
