Andrew Fisher
I'm a lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Nottingham. I'm interested in metaethics and the philosophy of education. I'm also interested in teaching philosophy to children, and enjoy teaching philosophy in local primary schools. Before Nottingham, I studied at the University of St Andrews writing my PhD on the nature of normativity.

Biography
I am a lecturer at the University of Nottingham. I teach/have taught on a large number of subjects, including but not limited to: philosophy of religion, applied ethics, normative ethics, metaethics, free will, philosophy of science, issues in feminist philosophy. I also supervise/have supervised PhD students in metaethics and the philosophy of education.I have published in philosophy of education/metaethics/philosophy of religion/philosophy of sport/ the use of technology in teaching.
I am director of teaching for the Faculty and Principal Fellow in the Higher Education Academy
