Biography
Peter Mittler, CBE is Emeritus Professor of Special Needs Education and Past Dean of the Faculty of Education, University of Manchester. For the past 20 years he has undertaken advisory work, consultancies and writing assignments in the field of learning disabilities and special education for the United Nations, UNESCO, WHO and ILO and is a former president of Inclusion International
