Welcome to the 2013 Planning and Urban Design Catalog

The Routledge Planning and Urban Design list continues to grow and we have an exciting year of publishing ahead of us with new student textbooks, cutting-edge academic research and books for professionals across the disciplines. In the pages that follow you’ll find some new editions of key established works, such as the fourth edition of Planning in the USA and the second edition of The Community Development Reader, as well as a host of brand new titles written by an ever expanding group of globally renowned authors, such as Jeffrey Hou’s new book Transcultural Cities and Resilient Sustainable Cities by author team Peter Roberts, Peter Newton and Leonie Pearson.

As a global team, we attend numerous conferences and visit campuses regularly but we aren’t able to reach all our prospective authors.
