Welcome to the 2014 Routledge Property and Real Estate catalogue. I am proud to present the latest titles in our programme.

This year sees the publication of some exciting new textbooks such as Developing Property Sustainably, by Sara Wilkinson, Pernille Christensen and Sarah Sayce, Real Estate Marketing, by M. Joseph Sirgy and International Approaches to Real Estate Development, edited by Graham Squires and Erwin Heurkens. We also have new editions of two of our most successful textbooks, a 3rd edition of Property Valuation, by Doug Scarrett and Sylvia Osborn, and a 6th edition of Property Development, by Richard Reed and Sally Sims.

This catalogue contains details on these and other new books and further information on some of our key backlist titles and we hope you find something in your area of interest. We are committed to commissioning new books in all Real Estate related subjects and would be delighted to hear from you regarding your research, publishing ideas or suggestions for new books.
Best wishes,
