Bio

Paul G. Harris (PhD, Brandeis University) is Chair Professor of Environmental Studies at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. From 2000 to 2009 he taught at Lingnan University, Hong Kong, where he was Professor of International and Environmental Studies, Director of the Project on Environmental Change and Foreign Policy, Director of the Environmental Studies Program, and Director of the Centre for Asian Pacific Studies. During the 1990s he taught at universities in Britain and the United States. He is author or editor of a dozen books including Climate Change and Foreign Policy (2009) and, most recently, World Ethics and Climate Change (Edinburgh University Press).
