About the Authors

Lynne Bowker is Assistant Professor in Translation at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She is the author of Computer-Aided Translation Technology (2002) and, with Jennifer Pearson, one of the editors of Unity in Diversity? Current Trends in Translation Studies (1998) and Bibliography of Translation Studies (1998, 1999, 2000, 2001).

Jennifer Pearson, until recently Senior Lecturer in Translation Studies at Dublin City University, Ireland, is Chief of Translation at UNESCO Headquarters, Paris, France. She is the author of Terms in Context (1998).
