TransSearch: RALI (Laboratoire de Recherche Appliquée en Linguistique Informatique) at the University of Montreal has developed a number of tools, including TransSearch, the concordancer used for accessing the Canadian Hansard online. You can try using TransSearch at http://www.tsrali.com where you can download a 5-day trial for free, but after that it's a subscription service.
