About the Authors
Tudor Rickards heads the Organisation Studies group at Manchester Business School where he holds the position of Professor of Creativity and Organisational Change. He has published extensively in these areas, and has held visiting positions at Kiel, New York, Athens and Canterbury, New Zealand.
Murray Clark is a principal lecturer and programme leader for the DBA at Sheffield Hallam University. His research interest in leadership and the development of trust in work relationships originated from his prior experience as a colliery manager. He is a visiting fellow at Manchester Business School.
