Menu selection

Study the Italian menu below and organise the food items by the courses in an Italian meal. The food in each course must be placed in alphabetical order.

Menu:

gelato misto   -   gnocchi alla romana   -    bistecca alla fiorentina   -    pollo arrosto   -    piselli   -    insalata verde   -    melanzane   -    tiramisù   -    panna cotta   -    agnello al forno   -    risotto alla milanese   -    prosciutto e melone   -    melanzane   -  passato di verdura   -   gnocchi alla romana.

 

- tiramisù and panna cotta are often found on menus outside as well as in Italy . For those who haven't come across them panna cotta is essentially cream made into a sort of jelly. The words mean cooked cream . Tiramisù is a rich mixture of mascarpone and cream over sponge or biscuits soaked in coffee and amaretto . The word means pull me up!
