Chapter 1
In Class
- Discuss with your neighbour what you understand to be the current recommendations for the amount and type of physical activity people need to do in order to gain health benefits.
- Are there different recommendations for children, adults or older adults? If so, specify them.
- With your neighbour list three health benefits that can be achieved from being regularly physically active
