Chapter Ten Chapter Ten Introduction | Set of Sources on King John for Exemplar Lessons | As is the case with most of the chapters, the author, Bill Smith, has chosen to concentrate on one aspect of a vast topic – in this case the use of the projector for whole class teaching and in particular the use of PowerPoint. He includes a range of ideas which he has used with his classes in a comprehensive school as lesson starters. These ideas are exemplified in a set of PowerPoint slides. Some of these slides are for use with the worksheets associated with this chapter. Additionally, Chris Chambers has taken further the use of hyperlinks within a presentation to encourage more interaction with the pupils. He has devised a guidesheet for the use of hyperlinks based on the study of an image relating to the Peterloo massacre.
