    Biography

    Dr. Ankur Dumka is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Uttarakhand, India. He has published more than 40 research papers of repute in international conferences and journals. He has written two books with international publishers and contributed more than ten book chapters. He is associated with many reputed journals in the capacity of editor and editorial board member. He is co-author of A Practical Approach to Software-Defined WAN, to be published by CRC Press in 2020.

    Sandip K. Chaurasiya received his M.E. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, India. He is an assistant professor at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. His research interests include mobile computing, wireless communication, and wireless sensor networks.

    Arindam Biswas received an M-Tech degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from the University of Calcutta, India, and a Ph.D. from NIT Durgapur, India. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Pusan National University, South Korea, with a prestigious BK21PLUS Fellowship. He was visiting professor at the Research Institute of Electronics, Shizouka University, Japan. Presently Dr. Biswas is working as an assistant professor in the School of Mines and Metallurgy at Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol, West Bengal, India. Dr. Biswas has nine years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. He has published more than 60 papers and authored five books. He has organized and chaired international conferences. His research interests are in carrier transport in low-dimensional systems and electronic devices, non-linear optical, communications, and bioinformatics.

    Dr. Hardwari Lal Mandoria is a professor and the head of the department of information technology at G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India. He has 27 years of academic experience, has written over 100 research papers and has published three book chapters. He has guided many doctorate and postgraduate research scholars under his supervision. He has been part of many advisory committees at the university level. He is associated with many journals and conferences in the capacity of editorial board member. He has also been part of Smart City, Dehradun, as academic expert committee member, contributing proposal drafting. His areas of interest include computer networks and information security.
