    Biography

    Dr. Ashish Bagwari received B. Tech. (with Honors), M. Tech. (with Honors and Gold Medalist), and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics and Communication engineering in 2007, 2011, and 2016 respectively. He is currently working as a Head for the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Women Institute of Technology (WIT) (Institute of State Government) Dehradun, Affiliating Institution of Uttarakhand Technical University (State Government Technical University), Dehradun, India. He has more than 12.5 years of experience in industry, academics, and research. He received the Best WIT Faculty award in 2013 and 2015 and Best Project Guide Award in 2015. Dr. Bagwari has been awarded by the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Prize from the Institution of Engineers, India (IEI) in December 2015 for his research work and was named in Who’s Who in the World 2016 (33rdEdition), 2017 (34th Edition). Also, received Outstanding Scientist Award 2021 from VDGOOD Technology, Chennai, India in November 2021, and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Life Time Achievement National Award 2022 from National Institute for Socio Economic Development (NISED), Bangalore, India in June 2022.

    Dr. Bagwari has published more than 125+ research articles in various international journals (including SCI, Scopus, and ISI indexed) that also include IEEE international conferences (https://scholar.google.co.in/citations?hl=hi&user=6kYT6h0AAAAJ). Dr. Bagwari has organized 04 international conferences, 20+ workshops/ symposium, 08 Short Term Course Program (STCP)/ Faculty Development Program (FDP) program, 12 expert lectures and has been invited as a key-speaker, session chair in various workshops/conferences and delivered 17 expert lectures at different institutions and universities within India. Dr. Ashish has visited china in the year 2007 when he associated with the Reliance industry, Mumbai, India. Dr. Ashish filled 02 Indian patents and currently, pursuing various research projects/ consultancies funded by the Government of India/ Private Organizations. Dr. Ashish has assessed and evaluated more than 07 Post-graduate student’s projects (at M.Tech. Course Level) and 16 under-graduate student’s projects (at B.Tech. Course Level), guided 01 Ph.D. student and guiding 03 Ph.D. students, and evaluated/ reviewed 09 Ph.D. thesis as an external examiner. He has written five books and more than 10 book chapters in reputed international publishers.     Dr. Geetam Singh Tomar received his UG, PG, and Ph. D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from The Institute of Engineers, Calcutta, MNREC(NIT) Allahabad and State Technology Univ Bhopal, respectively and Post Doctoral Fellowship from University of Kent, Canterbury U.K. Currently

    He is the director of REC Sonbhadra, and and is also the director of Machine Intelligence Research Labs, Gwalior, India. He is associated with professional societies like IEEE as Senior Member and IETE and IE (I) as Fellow. Chair of IEEE MP Sub-section and Chair of IETE MP. He also ex-director of BIAS Bhimtal, and THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology, Tehri, India and Prior to this has worked as visiting Professor at School of Computing, University of Kent, UK, Faculty at University of west indies, Trinidad & Tobago. Apart from this, has served in IIITM Gwalior, MITS Gwalior and other Institutes in India. He has worked in India Air Force for 17 Years prior to joining academics, having total experience of more than 35 years.

    Received International Pluto award for academic achievements in 2009 from IBC, Cambridge UK. He is IEEE Senior Member, Fellow IETE and IE (I) member CSI, ACM and ISTE. Chief editors of 5 International Journals and for 08 in past. Has published 04 patents more than 200 research papers in international journals/conferences. Has written 11 books from Springer, CRC, IGI and Indian publishers. Organized more than 30 IEEE International conferences in 07 countries and delivered more than 20 Keynotes abroad and regularly visiting 02 Universities abroad as Research Consultant. Completed 05 sponsored projects for DRDO and DST including two major projects. He is member of two IEE/ISO Working group and Member of technical committee IEEE SMC and TCCC. Presently member Board of Governors, IIM Kahsipur, Chairman for IETE Gwalior for two terms and currently Chairman IEEE MP Sub Section. 

    Dr. Jyotshana Bagwari received B. Tech. (with Honors), M. Tech. (GATE Qualified in 2012), and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering. Presently, she is Director, Advanced and Innovative Research Laboratory (AAIR Lab), India. Earlier, she served Robotronix Engineering Tech Pvt. Ltd., Indore, India as a Project Engineer in the department of Research & Development. She also served at the department of Computer Science and Engineering, Birla Institute of Applied Sciences (BIAS), Bhimtal, Uttarakhand as an Assistant Professor. She has more than 4.5 years of experience in the industry, and academics. Dr. Bagwari has published more than 30+ research papers in various international journals (including SCI/ISI/ Scopus indexed) and IEEE international conferences. Her current research interests include Networking, Cryptography, Cognitive Radio Networks, etc. She is a member of IAENG, Global Member of Internet Society, Member of Institute of Science Index, Member of MIR Labs, Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, Member of IDES. She has also been an editor, and a reviewer of several well-known international journals published by International Journal IJIEAC, IJRTM, International Journal of Frontiers of Mechatronical Engineering (FME), IJITCS, IJCMEEE (COMPEL), IJCN, Elsevier, IET Communications Journal, Ain Shams Engineering Journal, IEEE CSNT-2019, 2020, and IEEE CICN-2020.

    Dr. Bagwari successfully completed two NPTEL On-line certified courses on the topic "Cryptography and Network Security" with 83% in the year 2019, and the topic "Design and analysis of algorithms" with 70% in the year 2017. Dr. Bagwari has filed one patent and has written three books and more than 07 book chapters in reputed publications.

    Dr. Jorge Luis Victória Barbosa received his BS degrees in Data Processing (1990) and Electrical Engineering (1991) from the Catholic University of Pelotas, Brazil. He obtained his MS and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, in 1996 and 2002, respectively. He conducted post-doctoral studies at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU, Suwon, South Korea, 2016) and University of California Irvine (UCI, Irvine, USA, 2020). Nowadays, he is a full professor of Applied Computing Graduate Program (PPGCA) at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), São Leopoldo, Brazil. Additionally, he is a researcher of productivity at CNPq (the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development) and head of the Mobile Computing Laboratory (MobiLab/UNISINOS). His research interests are Ubiquitous Computing, Ambient Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Games Development, Context Histories, Context Prediction mainly through similarity and pattern analysis, Applied Computing in Health, Accessibility, Learning, Industry and Agriculture. He is a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).

    Dr. K.S. Sastry, Musti received BTech in Electrical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada (A.P.) in 1990, MTech and Ph.D. from NIT, Warangal in the years 1996 and 2002, respectively, is an accomplished academic with more than 30 years of professional experience. He is currently with the Namibia University of Science and Technology as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is involved with several projects in the areas of big data, enterprise information systems, and Demand Side Management. He has more than 30 years' experience in industry, academic, and research and has worked in different parts of the world. Earlier he was with NIT Warangal, India as a lecturer; Global Energy Consulting Engineers, Hyderabad, India as Assistant General Manager; and then served the University of West Indies in the Caribbean. Dr. Sastry has a significant interest in core and multidisciplinary research and published more than 50+ research articles and book chapters in the extended areas of Energy Systems, Database and Information Systems, BigData, and Soft computing. He has won the IEEE travel award for my paper to Kobe, Japan in IEEE / Circuits and Systems in 2005. He has organized 04 Short Term Course Program (STCP)/ Faculty Development Program (FDP) programs, several expert lectures and has been invited as a key-speaker, session chair in various workshops/conferences. Dr. Sastry has visited various universities across the globe to serve in various capacities. He is a visiting professor with ESIGELEC, Rouen (data sciences), France; Sophia University, Japan (data sciences), University of Turabo, Puerto Rico (Energy Systems), and KL University, India. He is on the panel of accreditors of IEEE/ ABET, USA, and visited a few universities as part of the ABET accreditation process. Dr. Sastry is a senior member of IEEE, USA; a member of IET-UK, and a Life member of IE, India.
