    Biography

    Zhoufu Liang is professor, doctor, master tutor, and arbitrator. Expert member of Guangxi Green Building Materials Development Center, expert member of Quanzhou Civil Architecture Society, expert member of Quanzhou Association of Science and Technology, director of Road Construction Machinery Branch of China Highway Society, member of the 7th Indoor Environment and Materials Testing branch of China Metrological Testing Society, Executive Director of Green Promotion Association of China Building Materials Industry Economic Research Association, director of the concrete engineering quality and standardization branch of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, received master degree in environmental engineering, master degree and doctor degree in civil engineering.

    Rafiziana Md.Kasmani obtained her PhD from University of Leeds, in 2009, majoring in vented gas explosion. Her research passions are focused on fire engineering, gas and dust explosion, and fire and explosion modelling. She has published more than 70 journals and conference articles to date. At present, she is the senior academic at the School of Chemical and Energy Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Rafiziana continues to build a strong contact network through consultations with local authorities i.e. Malaysia Energy Commission, Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (BOMBA), among others and private companies.
