Biography
Don Montague, MA(Oxon), was a Chartered Civil and Mechanical Engineer from 1958 until he retired, and has lived in France since 1991. He has worked in computer aided design with English Electric, as a Scientific Civil Servant, and at Ove Arup & Partners, where he became a Technical Director and was in charge of Standard Specifications, Design Guides and Feedback Notes.
