Annie Viallat is ingénieur of Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France). Since 2016, she is the head of the biophysics and bioengineering department in CINaM (Marseilles).

Manouk Abkarian is a CNRS Research associate (Centre de biologie structurale) at Montpellier University.
