Aritra Acharyya was born in 1986. He received his M. Tech. degree from the University of Calcutta in 2010 and his PhD degree in the same University in 2014. His research interest is millimeter-wave and terahertz semiconductor devices. He has published more than 85 research papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings along with 3 books. He is a member of IEEE EDS, MTTS, Signal Processing Society. He received the Pareshlal Dhar Bhowmik Book Award for securing highest marks in M. Tech. Examination in 2010 from University of Calcutta. He has worked as Counselor of SKFGI Student Branch, IEEE since July 2014.
