    Biography

    Gangadhar Nayak is presently working as Professor and Head, Department of Animal Breeding and Genetics in College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He has published 02 books and more than 95 research papers in national and international journals.

    Kautuk Kumar Sardar is presently working as Professor of Pharmacology & Toxicology at the Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar. He is MVSc Gold Medalist from OUAT and Ph.D. from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly, UP with brilliant academic record. He is an eminent pharmacologist with over 28 years of vast experience in teaching, research and extension.Dr. Sardar has published more than 100 research papers in journals of National and International repute with publication of four manuals; fi ve compendia; over 100 abstracts. He has attended more than 34 National Conferences in India; delivered several lecture-cum-practical demonstrations including 12 invited lectures at different trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences; adjudged as Member, editorial board and referee to various International and National Journals of repute; acted as Course Co-ordinator of ICAR-Winter School; delivered many TV and radio talks on various issues related with livestock health and production. He has been conferred with “National Alarsin Award (Indian Veterinary Association - 2000); Member, National Academy of Veterinary Sciences, India (2005); Member, National Academy of Sciences, India (2009); Member, National Academy of Biological Sciences, India (2012); Indian Society of Veterinary Medicine Appreciation Award (2012) as well as IAAVR - Dr. R. M. Sojatia Memorial Award (2016). Under his able guidance, more than 20 scholars have successfully completed their Masters’ and PhD Degree in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology as well as in other disciplines of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.

    Bhabesh Chandra Das is presently working as Assistant Professor in College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He has published 09 books and more than 108 articles in the national and international journals.

    Debiprasanna Das is presently working as Assistant Professor in College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He was University topper at Master level and awarded with 06 Gold medals from TANUVAS. He was also recipient of INSPIRE fellowship of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India for his Ph.D degree. He is presently an Executive Member of Indian Association of Veterinary Pathology(IAVP). He has published more than 47 articles in the national and international journals.
