Frederick A. Rossini is professor of social science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.Alan L. Porter is associate professor in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. They are cofounders of the International Association for Impact Assessment and coeditors-in-chief of the Impact Assessment Bulletin .
