    Biography

    Peter Halstead is Senior Lecturer in law at the University of Gloucester. He has been involved in higher education since 1978 with experience of undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and overseas distance learning. Peter has also practised as a solicitor for 25 years in local government and private practice.
