Reviews

"Lead with Me, 2nd Edition transported me back to the fundamentals of my administrative roots, reminding me that the health of any educational community is contingent upon the effective use of distributed leadership and staff members feeling a sense of purpose within their organization. Dr. Pankake and Dr. Abrego provide crucial insights in building capacity for teacher leadership. Lead with Me is an effective tool for any aspiring or experienced administrator."

Pam Castleman, Director of Continuing Education, Ventura County Office of Education, CA

"This book demystifies many of the common pitfalls that administrators fall victim to as they try to establish teacher leadership in their school. I really enjoyed reading this book and am considering ways to incorporate these principles into my daily leadership activities and organization!"

Joey L. Washington, Ed.D. Administrator, Galena Park High School, Galena Park, TX
