The aim for this new focus book series is to publish and build a foundation for discussing innovation and implementation practices. The series will include books that will cover the application of including people, processes, and approaches to innovation. The short form books will include a discussion of value of Plan-Do-Check-Act and how to sustain results of Lean. The series will provide an understanding of how to add value to organizations and remove waste. Topics that discuss cultural change and how to make change last, will also be included. This is important when understanding different people's mindsets and attitudes and how to work with the different cross functional backgrounds.
