    Biography

    Barbara Bole Williams, PhD, NCSP, is a professor and coordinator of the School Psychology Program at Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ. She currently chairs the National School Psychology Certification Board for the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). She also serves as a member of the Praxis School Psychologist Test Development Committee for the Educational Testing Service (ETS).

    Rosemary B. Mennuti, EdD, NCSP, is the former professor and director of the School Psychology Programs at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
