Biography
Dr Beth Alder is Senior lecturer in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Dundee. She has taught health psychology to medical students and a range of health professionals on Honours degree programmes, including podiatry, speech therapy, dietetics, nursing and physiotherapy. She has been researching and publishing on psychological aspects of women's health for over twenty years.
Alder has managed to combine the academic and practical components of the psychology of health in an open and accessible format while maintaining a personal touch.
