Biography

Brian A. Gerrard, PhD, is a Chief Academic Officer of the Western Institute for Social Research, Berkeley, California, and the Chair of the Institute for School-Based Family Counseling.

Emily J. Hernandez, EdD, LMFT, is an Associate Professor and the Program Coordinator of the School-Based Family Counseling Program at California State University, Los Angeles.

Prof. Sibnath Deb, PhD, DSc, is the Director of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Government of India. Currently, he is also Adjunct Professor of the School of Justice, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia.
