    In the world of digitization today, many services of government and industry are carried out in electronic mode in order to avoid the misuse of natural resources.     Biography

    Bhaswati Sahoo, PhD (continuing), is Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. Her fields of interest include e-governance, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Dr. Sahoo has published a number of research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences.

    Rabindra Narayana Behera, PhD, is Senior Technical Director at the National Informatics Centre at Odisha State Centre, Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than 25 years of experience in IT. He has coordinated governance portals at state and national levels and has published research papers in international journals and conferences.

    Sasmita Rani Samanta, PhD, is Professor of Commerce and Management at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India, where she also holds the post of Pro-Vice Chancellor. She has more than a decade of teaching and research experience. Dr. Samanta has published many research articles in the fields of e-governance, e-marketing, and brand management in international journals and conferences.

    Prasant Kumar Pattnaik, PhD, is Professor at the School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than a decade of teaching research experience. Dr. Pattnaik has published many research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences. He has authored many computer sciences books in the fields of robotics, turing machine, cyber security, cloud computing, and mobile computing. Dr. Pattnaik is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.
