Andrew does a remarkable job sharing tips, advice, and on-the-job training… things not necessarily taught in ‘principal school.’ Read them, practice them, live them, make them your own, and you too could be the next great principal making a difference in the lives of your students, staff, and community."—Heidi Nyland, Assistant Principal, Port Jervis High School, 2014 NYS Assistant Principal of the Year
