    Biography

    Simon Polley FCABE MRICS MIFireE is Managing Director of BRCS (Building Control) Limited, previously a building regulation consultant and senior local authority building control officer. With a significant breadth of experience spanning over 35 years Simon has worked directly on a wide range of public and private sector projects. Simon was instrumental in obtaining suitable insurance to allow BRCS to be one of the first three Corporate Approved Inspectors able to work in the commercial field. An author of texts relating to the building regulations, Simon enjoys driving, walking and spending time with family and friends.
