Donald M. Truxillo

Donald Truxillo is a professor in the Department of Psychology at Portland State University. His research examines the methods employers use to hire workers and the way that applicants perceive their potential employer during recruitment and hiring. He also studies issues associated with the aging workforce and age diversity including older worker stereotypes and job design. He also examines issues associated with antecedents of workplace safety.
