William R. Kennedy

Biography

Dr. Kennedy is a primary managing partner at Innovation Processes and Solutions (IPS), LLC. He oversees business development and strategic relationships across a host of industries in the international business community. An award-winning and recognized organizational leader with over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector, he has an extensive background in Information Technology, Defense, and Aerospace acquisition; program management, strategy and innovation development, manufacturing and production, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Lean logistics and supply chain management; and curriculum and training program development, design, and instruction.

He is also a distinguished U.S. Air Force veteran with a global perspective and over 20 years of international business development and operations experience across the Far East, Middle East, and Europe. His diverse background and natural ability in developing client-specific innovative solutions and high-performance teams have led multiple organizations in achieving world-class performance. His pioneering work in the field of innovation with Dr. Greg McLaughlin, is captured in their books entitled, A Guide to Innovation Processes and Solutions for Government (CRC Press, 2015) now available through Amazon, and the Innovation Project Management Handbook (CRC Press), due out this fall.
