Paula Brough
Paula Brough is a Professor of Organizational Psychology in the School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University, Australia. Paula’s research focuses on occupational stress, coping, the psychological health of high-risk workers (e.g., emergency service workers), work-life balance, and the effective measurement of psychological constructs. Paula has published over 90 books, journal articles, and book chapters and is the Chief Investigator on numerous national and international research grants.

Biography
My early research examining the psychological health and well-being of police officers was conducted throughout the UK and in New Zealand. Since 2002 I've been based in Brisbane, Australia and working with various Australian organisations.Education
