FEATURED AUTHOR
Srimati Mukherjee
I am a Professor of English at Temple University in Philadelphia and love writing on global film and American literature. I enjoy teaching, seeing new places and traveling in general, and spending time with my daughter. Having grown up in Kolkata, India, I am addicted to poetry, particularly that of Rabindranath Tagore. As for many Bengalis, his songs and philosophy bring meaning to my life helping to create a bridge between the mortal and the transcendent.
