Jiat-Hwee Chang

Jiat-Hwee Chang (PhD, UC Berkeley) is Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture, National University of Singapore. He is the author of A Genealogy of Tropical Architecture (2016) published by Routledge’s architext series and the co-editor of Non West Modernist Past (2011). He is currently working on a co-edited volume on architectural histories in Southeast Asia. Jiat Hwee is currently an editorial board member of Architectural Histories and a co-editor of The Singapore Architect.
