Linda Lundgaard Andersen is a professor in learning, evaluation and social innovation at Roskilde University and direct the PhD School of People and Technology and co-direct the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. Her research includes empirical inquiries and theoretical work in education, learning and social innovation in welfare services, democracy and forms of governance in human services, life history and ethnographies of the public sector, voluntary organizations and social enterprises.

Biography

My research and scholarship includes empirical inquiries and theoretical and conceptual work in education, learning and social innovation in welfare services, democracy and forms of governance in human services, life history and ethnographies of the public sector, voluntary organizations and social enterprises. I am one of the founding members of the International Research Group in Psycho-Societal Analysis (IRGPSA), corresponding editor of Journal of Social Work Practice and has been the editor and co-editor of several Danish and international books on social entrepreneurship, psycho-societal learning in welfare services and social innovation. I have been the program- and research coordinator of SERNOC: a 4-year NordForsk research grant for around 50 Nordic junior and senior university scholars in social entrepreneurship. Recently, I have been researching and inquiring the current transformations and shifts of paradigms in the Danish and Scandinavian welfare services focusing on a renewed discourse and practice of cocreation, coproduction and partnership and have situating the professions and professionals as well as users and citizens in these developments exploring these transformations and shifts of paradigms.
