I teach Jurisprudence and International Protection of Human Rights at the International Center for Legal Studies. I have also researched the relationship between literary discourses and legal judgment with respect to the dispossession of Native Americans from their ancient lands. I also practice U.S. Immigration law in all U.S. states, including the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District Courts of Massachusetts & North Carolina (Western District) & Courts of Appeals (4th & 11th Circuits).
