Robert Dingwall

Robert Dingwall is a consulting sociologist in private practice and a part-time professor of sociology at Nottingham Trent University. He has an international reputation for his work on health care, law, and science and technology, particularly on issues related to organizations, professions and interaction. He has also published on qualitative methods, ethics regulation in research and research management, as well as quirkier papers on contemporary legends and TV wildlife documentaries.
