The last fifteen years, I have focused my research and professional interests on performance measurements and management control. Especially, the foundation and validity of management control models, performance measurement in a digital and social media context, and international and social aspects of management control. My research draws on literature from accounting and management control as well as from philosophy of science, sociology and rhetoric.
