Jahangir Moini
Jahangir Moini, MD, MPH graduated from Tehran University and Tulane University. He was assistant professor at Tehran University School of Medicine for nine years. The author is a professor and former director of health science programs at Everest University. In total, he has been a physician and professor for the past 38 years. He was an epidemiologist with the Health Department in Florida for 18 years. He is an internationally published author of various health science books since 1999.

Biography
Dr. Moini was born in a city called Kashan, in Iran, where the famous Persian carpets are manufactured. His father was a manufacturer of these carpets. When the author was a child, until age 15, he was amazed by the quality of these carpets, and wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. However, his father encouraged him throughout childhood to become a doctor. Despite his feelings, he listened to his father and pursued medicine. Eventually, he became a medical doctor. After graduating from Tulane University, he returned to Iran. The revolution was taking place. Over 9 years, teaching medical school in Iran and establishing a private practice, he spent most of his time helping patients and educating students. Eventually, he brought his family to the United States to establish a new life. From the beginning, Dr. Moini was passionate about educating students, so that they could make a better future for themselves, and contribute fully to the United States. He became interested in writing books as an extension of his teaching, and has published 20 titles since 1999.Education
