Pier Paolo Pedrini

P.P.Pedrini teaches “Techniques of Persuasion” for the Masters Program in Public Management and Policy at the University of Italian Switzerland (Lugano) and for the Swiss Military Academy (ETH, Zürich), “Communication” at other advanced schools. He is an associate researcher at the ENAP (Université du Québec en Outaouais). He is the author of three books concerning different aspects of communication, and he is responsible for the column “Communication” of a swiss monthly review.
