Syntel is an $800 Million Organization providing IT services to customers across all industry domains. At Syntel developed Mobile and Migration COE from scratch including identifying the trends, technologies and IP solutions. Built a Mobile competency with team of 50+ Mobile technology SMEs in less than 2 years and influenced revenues worth 50 million USD in migration / transformation Projects

¬ Conceptualized and implemented one of the key BRE (Business rule engineering) solutions for transformation / migration from Lotus Noted to Migration. The program resulted into building a 20+Million USD program for the bank using the BRE Products.
¬ Developed and implemented a cross-channel multi-platform native solution and IP for a large NA Insurance customer to transform their existing customer facing claims solution from desktop to a multi-channel solution. This was a 3+ Million USD program for the customer
