Zlática Kraljevic is an award-winning international executive, associate professor, speaker, and author with extensive experience in operational risk management and global workforce empowerment. On stage, online or in print, she equips leaders, managers, and young professionals with the latest thinking, new tools, and global skills they need to navigate today’s global business environment. As thought leader on emerging markets, Zlática has advised CFOs and CSOs representing 91% of Fortune 1000 and 87% of FTSE 100 companies, and has spearheaded fundraising for commercial and academic initiatives securing near $200 MM from private and institutional investors.

Dr. Kraljevic has the distinction of being the first female dean with global responsibilities at a private university for men and women in Saudi Arabia. Recognized for her expertise in international markets, she has been interviewed, quoted, or invited to present by KPMG Global Energy Conference, World Affairs Council, Global Finance, and the John Curtin Institute of Public Policy, among others, and is on the Speaker’s List of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Zlática is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys struggling with basic knowledge of Portuguese, French, German, and Arabic.

Areas of Research / Professional Expertise

Research focuses on global workforce development and women in science and technology. Zlática has served on a number of boards of directors, including the Library of Congress Asian Division Friends Society and is currently Vice Chair of the Leadership Awards Committee of Women in Technology (WIT), a premier organization contributing to the success of professional women in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
