Megan Collins is an assistant professor of sociology at Prairie View A&M University. Her research interests include media, theory, social media and mental health. Her first book, "The New Narcissus in the Age of Reality Television" focuses on the connection between narcissism and reality tv and current research is focused on uncovering the deep connection between social media, narcissism, mental health and suicide.
