Basia Spalek and Mark Spalek are a sister and brother team, who together write books based on therapeutic themes and also create therapeutic tools for mental health practitioners alongside self-help materials for individuals. Basia is a BACP accredited integrative therapist and Mark is a GHR registered hypnotherapist, and recently they have written Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy: a textbook published by Routledge.
