I enjoy the outdoors and nature. My favorite getaway is the ocean - where I find renewed peace and balance. That being said, my roots are in Iowa and I am proud to call it home. "Iowa nice" is a wonderful thing! Beyond my rewarding career in mental health, I am grateful for the opportunity to be a mom to my three wonderful children.
