Biography

I am a Principal Project Manager and Consultant, a Lecturer, an Educator. I am an Accomplished Author and an International Editorial Advisor of the PM World Journal. I am also a Member and the Secretary of the Executive Board, a Member of the Scientific Committee, and an Accredited Master Teacher, of the Istituto Italiano di Project Management (Italian Institute of Project Management). I am certified as a Professional Project Manager, as an Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor, and as an International Mediator. I am registered as an Expert both of the European Commission, and of Italian Public Administrations. I received three 2020 PM World Journal Editor's Choice Awards, two 2019 PM World Journal Editor’s Choice Awards, and one 2018 PM World Journal Editor’s Choice Award. I also got International acknowledgements by Russell D. Archibald, a globally-recognized author, consultant and lecturer on project management, and by Alan Stretton, one of the pioneers of modern project management. I have recently been recognized  by Project Management Institute as a Contributor and Reviewer of The PMBOK® Guide - Seventh Edition, and I received the "Certificate of Appreciation for Excellence for volunteer contributions to the Project Management Institute and the project management profession in 2020".

    I am a a Researcher, a Lecturer, and an Author about Stakeholder Management, Relationship Management, and Complex Projects Management; in particular, I am the Author of the Book “The Stakeholder Perspective: Relationship Management to Increase Value and Success Rates of Projects”, CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, October 2019.  I have a wide experience in managing large and complex projects in national and international contexts, and in managing relations with public and private organizations, including multinational companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, research institutes, and non-profit organizations. I worked successfully in several sectors, including Defense, Security, Health, Education, Cultural Heritage, Transport, Gaming, and Services to Citizens. I was also, for many years, a Top Manager in ICT Industry, and an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Psychology.
