After the degree in Business and Management, I hold positions of increasing responsibility in private banking industryin luxury industry and education. I am a Marketing and PR guy, with a focus on Digital Transformation and the ability in leading organizations through fast and complete turnaround thanks to design and execute Corporate and Digital Strategies, as well as to lead business development deals. I love sailing and free diving.

Biography

I am a senior executive with experience and P&L responsibility. After the degree in Business and Management, I started my professional career in the banking industry where I hold positions of increasing responsibility up to the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Citibank plc – Italian branch. The experience gave me expertise and capabilities to deal with HNWIs in terms of communications and management. In those years, I started to commit to art market.
However, I aspired to join quite different experiences. To the aim, I decided to stop one year and to gain the MBA experience at LUISS Business School, in Rome, and at Essec, in Paris (I won a scholarship). After the graduation, I co-founded a consulting firm aimed at leading internationalization processes for Italian SMEs, expression of the Italian luxury. Among some challenging projects, we launched the successful opening of the US market for an Italian jewel company through an agreement with Neiman Marcus, an online platform targeting luxury customers for high-end services and the marketing plan for two Marinas in Italy, Varazze and Chiavari (in Liguria).
In 2014, I accepted the proposal of LUISS Business School and joined it as Head of Marketing, Communication and Business Development. The mission was very challenging: the launch of the Marketing Department during the EQUIS accreditation process, increasing sales and widening the Corporate Partners. I worked at the 3-years Strategic Marketing Plan for successful EQUIS accreditation and I was panel member for the EQUIS Peer Review Team. I created the marketing team and I designed and executed the first Digital Strategy in the history of the school, together with the new website. Among the other activities, there were the cooperation with the CSR Division of a multinational company based in Dubai to launch a CSR international program aimed at youth development with social impact (6 countries represented), and the “MBA Sport Games” with CONI, the Italian Olympic National Committee. I also founded and launched the LUISS MBAs Alumni Association, where I am serving as Executive Vice President. As Marketing Faculty Member, I co-designed and launched the first Executive Program in Marina Management. I presented it to UCINA (the Italia Association of Marinas) during two events in order to place enrollments.
I am Senior Executive Advisor at a company based in Dubai and owned by Shaikh Sultan Abdulla Sultan Al Qassimi, where I am responsible for the Digital transformation and marketing processes of the companies, as well as for the strategic Partnership in UAE.
I am basically a Marketing and PR guy, with a focus on Digital Transformation and the ability in leading organizations through fast and complete turnaround. I have the ability to design and execute Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategies, as well as to lead business development deals.
