Richard Michael Levy

Richard Levy, M.Arch, Ph.D., a graduate of the Masters and Ph.D. program at the University of California, Berkeley, has recently published “Introduction to Real Estate Development and Finance” with Routledge Press (Taylor & Francis Group). Dr. Levy was formerly a Professor of Planning at the University of Calgary, Canada, where he taught courses in urban planning and real estate development for 26 years.
